Lagos Monarch’s Daughter Dies 57 Days After Becoming LG Vice Chairman
Princess Oluremi Ajose, who had officially become the Vice Chairman of Badagry West Local Council Development Area 57 days ago, is dead.
Recall that Governor Jide Sanwo-Olu presided over the swearing in ceremony of the newly elected local government chairmen in Lagos on July 27, 2025.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that Princess Oluremi Ajose’s death was confirmed on Sunday via the statement released by the Executive Chairman of Olorunda LCDA, Hon Ajose Kumayon.
The late Princess Ajose’s father is the Alapa of Apa Egun-Awori Kingdom, His Royal Majesty, Oba Oyekan Possi Ajose.
Left to mourn her death is the chairman of Badagry West LCDA Chairman, Hon Rauf Ibrahim Kayode Yemaren, who is popularly called RIKAY, and the deceased LG official’s family members and friends.
Kumayon described Princess Oluremi’s passing as a ‘great loss to Badagry Division and Lagos State as a whole’.
‘Princess Oluremi was a true servant of the people, a leader with compassion, humility, and unwavering commitment to grassroots development.
Her dedication to service and her warm spirit touched many lives across Badagry and beyond’ he said.
