Lekan Adewoye Receives Support For Senate Bid From Isin LG Elders, Stakeholders
An important political consultation was held with elders and stakeholders in Isin local government a few days ago during which Prince Lekan Adewoye, who is the Founder of the Lekan Adewoye Foundation (LAF) and Chairman of the Basic Metal, Iron and Steel Sectoral Group of the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN), got promise of support for his senate bid.
A statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com noted that the meeting provided a platform for Prince Adewoye to share his vision for inclusive development and restate his commitment to serving the people of Kwara South diligently if elected senator in 2027 while emphasizing his dedication to humanitarian causes and citing his strong moral upbringing and values of service.
The session brings together key political stakeholders and they deliberated on issues of development, unity, and progress within the region.
Isin local government elders and stakeholders in their separate speeches during the meeting praised Prince Adewoye’s philanthropic efforts, describing him as a household name in community development.
They also highlighted his consistent support for education, healthcare, and youth empowerment initiatives across Kwara South.
Giving his speech, Prince Adewoye responded to concerns raised about escalating security challenges in Oke –Ero local government, pledging to provide financial assistance and collaborate with relevant security agencies to enhance safety and peace in the area.
Those who attended the meeting include key political leaders and community representatives and they all pledged their unflinching support for Prince Adewoye’s senate bid while describing it as a timely and much-needed step for the socio-economic progress of Kwara South.
