LP Supporters Left Disappointed As Peter Obi Fails To Show Up At Yobe Rally

Members and supporters of the Labour Party  in Yobe state were left disappointed on Tuesday as  the party’s Presidential Candidate, Peter Obi failed to show up at the presidential rally scheduled to hold  in Damaturu, the state  capital .

Candidates of LP in the state and their loyalists had converged on the Muhammadu Buhari International Cargo Airport , Damaturu to welcome Obi, who did not eventually show up.

Hajiya Hauwa Bukar, the Northeast Coordinator, Obi-Datti Presidential Campaign Council, later addressed the supporters and   asked for forgiveness, explaining that   obi’s absence was not deliberate.

While promising that the presidential rally will be held  at a future date, she also disclosed that the relevant agencies did not issue landing permit to Obi for the use of the airport- Team@orientactualmags.com
