Man Caught On CCTV Stealing Phone At Eatery In Lagos Now In Police Custody
Ifeanyi Okonkwo, who was captured on camera stealing a phone at an eatery in Ikeja, Lagos State, has been finally arrested by cops attached to the Rapid Response Squad, Lagos State Police Command.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that the RRS disclosed this in a statement on X.com on Monday while also making the CCTV footage available.
‘The suspect, Ifeanyi Okonkwo, on November 7, 2024, visited the restaurant to purchase food but ended up stealing a Samsung A15 mobile phone belonging to another customer. Unbeknown to him, he was captured on CCTV while stealthily taking the phone from the counter’ the RRS said.
Okonkwo, the statement added, returned to the same restaurant on December 5, unaware that he was being watched, and he was promptly apprehended by the cops.
