Motorcycle Thieves Kill Vigilante In Kwara
A vigilante ,Samuel Jiyah, has been stabbed to death by motorcycle thieves in Lade , Patigi Local Government , Kwara state.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned the incident was recorded on Friday night. Samuel, who was on a bike, was returning from Ekati village but was sadly prevented from getting to his destination.
He was murdered on Friday night while his Bajaj motorcycle including his valuables were taken away by his attackers.
The deceased victim’s in-law, Tsado Isaac told our reporter that he was attacked by the bike thieves in Lade village.
‘They attacked him in the night when he was returning from Ekati around Gbadebo farms’ he said.
‘His corpse was found in the bush by women who were fetching firewood for domestic use in the farm on Saturday morning. Jiyah’s body was seen in a bush. The women who found his body could not do anything but quicky called the attention of other villagers.
The women drew the attention of the people going to the farm but they also failed to recognize him while his ex-landlord however identified him easily’ Gbenga Aro, the deceased victim ‘s friend ,also said.
