NACLFON Life Patron Urges Support For President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda
Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission (NCPC), Bishop Stephen Tunde Victor Adegbite has urged Nigerians to continue to support President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope agenda in order to ensure that the nation remains on the right track.
Giving his acceptance speech after his investiture as Life Patron of the National APC Christian Leaders Forum of Nigeria (NACLFON) in Abuja, Bishop Stephen Tunde Victor Adegbite urged Christians in the country to stand in solidarity with President Tinubu and the First Lady, Mrs Remi Tinubu noting that they deserve support having fostered peace and tranquility among diverse faith traditions.
Bishop Stephen Tunde Victor Adegbite also commended President Tinubu for his confidence in the sacredness of his office and for making this to serve as an effective bridge between the faith communities.
He also commended the president for promoting understanding among religious organizations in the country.
Bishop Adegbite urged Christians in the country to support President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope agenda citing his respect for the church and the efforts to meet the aspirations of NCPC and the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN).
Bishop Adegbite, who has had over 20 years’ experience in the NCPC, praised President Tinubu’s commitment to religious harmony and peace while emphasizing the need for Christians in the country to positively ‘optimize’ the nation’s leadership and resources for God’s glory cognizant of Nigeria’s strategic position in Africa.
During the investiture ceremony, representatives of Christian organizations in the country praised Bishop Stephen Tunde Victor Adegbite’s exceptional service as Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission (NCPC) which has earned him the esteemed position of Life Patron of the National APC Christian Leaders Forum of Nigeria (NACLFON).
A statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com by the National Publicity Secretary of the association, Prophet Olalere Fagbola noted that National Women Leader of NACLFON, Hon Emelda Nwajiofiour-Okoli also presented a plaque and a giant wall clock to Bishop Adegbite on behalf of the Christian Leaders Forum of Nigeria NACLFON at the event.
She said this was done in appreciation of the excellent work being done by the NCPC chief.
National President of NACLFON, Professor Peter Abraham, who attended the event virtually from the United States, praised Bishop Adegbite’s dynamic leadership and his ability to foster meaningful interactions with Christian leaders and organizations across the country.
‘We are thrilled to honor Bishop Adegbite for his outstanding service and commitment to the Nigerian Christian community’ he said.
