New Owa Obokun Congratulated By House Of Representatives Members During Plenary Session
The new Owa Obokun Adimula of Ijesha land, Oba Clement Adesuyi Haastrup, has been congratulated on his ascension to the throne by the House of Representatives.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that the House of Representatives paid tribute to the new Owa Obokun of Ijeshaland sequel to the parliamentary motion to congratulate Oba Clement Adesuyi Haastrup which was moved by Hon Sanya Omirin, who represents Ijesha South federal constituency.
Deputy Speaker, House of Representatives, Hon Benjamin Kalu, who presided over the plenary session, noted that the parliament ‘joins other Nigerians to honour a visionary leader, a devoted philanthropist and a champion of community development’.
