NHIA Appointment: Nurudeen Adeyemi Congratulates Oloriegbe, Says Past Experience ‘ll Stand Him In Good Stead

Engineer Nurudeen Adeyemi Balogun, who represents North Central on the Board of TETFUND, has congratulated Dr Ibrahim Yahaya Oloriegbe on his appointment as Chairman of National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA).
Chief Adeyemi, an aerospace engineer, in a statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com submitted that the appointment of the former Kwara Central Senator as NHIA chairman was in recognition of his track records and selfless contribution to national service.

‘It gladdened the heart to receive the news of your appointment as the Chairman, NHIA. Your track records and selfless contribution to national service as a senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria have truly paid off. I remember the level of commitment towards the same agency as Chairman, Senate Committee on Health and other roles.
This appointment by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR is another effort to ensure effective service delivery in line with the renewed hope agenda. Certainly, we are confident that your wealth of political and professional experiences will be deployed passionately to the upliftment of the agency and stabilize the health insurance structure of the country.

Dr Oloriegbe a medical doctor, was born on November 12 ,1960. He received Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery Degree (MB.BS) from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1985 and he had distinctions in Human Physiology, Biochemistry, Community Medicine and Laboratory Medicine.
He was the majority leader and Chairman, Committee on Health and Chairman, Committee on Local Government , Kwara state House of Assembly from 1999 to 2003.
