A statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com by Governor Atiku Bagudu’s Special Adviser on Media, Mr Yahaya Sarki noted that Bashar said this during the visit of the APC Vice Presidential candidate, former Senator Kashim Shetima to his Palace in Birnin Kebbi on Wednesday.

He described Shettima’s visit as a home coming, calling him a very humble and loyal son.
‘We are happy with your emergence as a vice presidential candidate and we will fervently pray for your success’ Bashar said.
Shetima had earlier described Bashar as a very humble, generous, pious and a patient father figure.
‘This visit is also a home coming and I have so much respect for our revered traditional ruler, a father figure.
I am here to seek for his royal blessings and fatherly prayers’ he said.
