Chief Nurudeen Adeyemi Balogun, an aerospace engineer, has taken a decision to invest in his future by being a participant at the ongoing ‘Authentic Leader Development’ programme at the Harvard Business School.
Authentic Leader Development is designed for both individuals and teams who want to enhance their leadership ability and skills for career advancement and personal growth.
The ENACT principal has a deep passion for education and believes in continued learning and skills acquisition as the key to unlocking transformative leadership. This belief is part of his motivation to establish the ENACT INNOVATION HUB located in Ajase-Ipo, Kwara State, which has benefitted thousands through skill acquisition and preparatory courses since coming into being in 2021.
Attending a prestigious programme like Authentic Leader Development training serves as a platform for gaining diverse experience and diving deep into learning, which will serve as catalysts for growth.
