Ondo state House of Assembly has begun impeachment proceedings against the Deputy Governor, Mr. Lucky Aiyedatiwa and allegations of gross misconduct have been leveled against him.

Sequel to the decision taken during the plenary session held on Wednesday, the parliament  under Speaker Olamide Oladiji’s leadership has  reportedly taken the first step  by asking the Clerk of  the House of Assembly  , Benjamin Jaiyeola, to send a letter to the Deputy Governor informing him of the allegations raised against him.

Team@orientactualmags.com learned that a petition that contains details of the allegations against the Deputy Governor which was signed by nine lawmakers was presented to members of the House of Assembly on Wednesday.
