Orolu Deserves Better Attention, Our 1 Billion Dollars Question For Senator Fadeyi Ajagunla- Jide Akinyooye

One cannot deny the existence of the fact that the people of Orolu are disappointed and not happy that they have been marginalized with respect to getting dividends of democracy through the current representative of Osun Central Senatorial District in the senate, Senator Olubiyi Fadeyi Ajagunla
.
The fact remains that Senator Olubiyi Fadeyi Ajagunla has done well and he has also recorded achievements but he has however not given deserved attention to our people.
As at today, it is not surprising that only three people in our area namely; Alhaji Yisa Kolawole Bello, Hon. Moshood Yakubu and Comrade Mumini Oyekunle; who is widely recognized as sole official Representative of Senator Ajagunla can possibly talk about what the Senator has in stock for Orolu Local Government.

Recall that the people of Orolu Local Government have earlier suffered when former Senator Bashiru Ajibola (SRJ) of APC was our representative and this had formed part of the reasons why Orolu people accepted Senator Ajagunla as a candidate who will accomplish and deliver.
Unfortunately, Orolu has been totally shortchanged right from the point of appointment of Senator Ajagunla’s political Aides, those who were nominated as members of the delegation to China, distribution of transformers, tarring of roads, construction of Study Centers etc.
Apart from the general benefits from the office of Senator Olubiyi Fadeyi Ajagunla; Orolu people have not had access to him and we have no single record of an Orolu indigene that has benefited from vital empowerment and human capacity development programmes or employment opportunities.
It still sounds funny and painful that our Distinguished Senator is one of the best and performing senators but no responsible and upright political or community leader from Orolu can boldly say that Senator Olubiyi Fadeyi Ajagunla has done well for the Orolu people despite his long list of achievements.
This is not encouraging but sincerely condemnable and not expected from a highly respected politician like him.
The only bridging cap and consolation for Orolu people in this dispensation is the shadow of our indefatigable Asiwaju Nurudeen Jackson Ademola Adeleke, the Executive Governor of Osun State who is trying so much to wipe off our tears of political marginalization.
In conclusion, the information available to us that Senator Olubiyi Fadeyi Ajagunla is making arrangement to install about 30 solar street lights is still far from the expectations of Ifon-Orolu people, who are presently displeased with the treatment and what has been their fate under the incumbent Senator .
It is not however too late to change our marginalization perception–Prince Jide Akinyooye; ACA, who is the Secretary of the Board of Trustees, Ifon-Orolu Progressive Union, writes from Ifon-Osun, Osun State
