Osun APC Thanks President Tinubu For Appointing Tajudeen Lawal As FCA Governing Council Chairman, Commends Oyetola’s Role
Osun State APC has expressed its gratitude to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the leader of the party in the state, Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola for Sooko Tajudeen Lawal’s appointment as chairman of the Governing Council of the Federal College of Agriculture, Ibadan, Oyo State.
Sooko Tajudeen Lawal is the state chairman of the party.
‘The appointment of Lawal is a square peg in a square hole and there is no doubting the fact that the appointment would add a substantial value to the college because of the wealth of experience of the new appointee coupled with his sound educational attainment.
The appointment of the state APC chairman who has been working assiduously with other stakeholders in the party to constitutionally dislodge the minimalist Governor Ademola Adeleke administration from the political theatre of the state is a morale booster to the progressive folds in the state that hard work pays.
We acknowledge the ceaseless efforts of the immediate-past governor of the state, Alhaji Oyetola, who is the serving Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, in making the appointment come into fruition.
The appointment is indeed a means of a permanent shut up for those who before now were deriding the state party chairman with candour when his name wasn’t on the list of the beneficiaries of similar appointments rolled out by the presidency last week.
We shall continue to pray that Allah will continue to guide him aright to excel in his new assignment as he continues his service to the country.
