Osun Ex-SSG, Kazeem Adio, Condoles With Abdulahi Binuyo Over Father’s Death

Former Secretary to Osun State Government, Alhaji Kazeem Adio, has sent his condolences to Alhaji Abdulahi Binuyo and the entire Binuyo family over the passing of the family’ s patriarch, Sheikh Najeemdeen Binuyo.

The deceased Islamic scholar,  a renowned author,   and  a well-respected broadcast journalist, died in the early hours of  Tuesday, 24 January 2023 at the ripe old age of 96.

Alhaji Kazeem Adio in a statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com described Sheikh Binuyo as a father figure while noting that the Muslim ummah and Nigeria as a whole, had just lost a bright intellect.  

‘Baba was a father figure, and he was a friend to people of all ages.  I have just lost a father figure, a confidant and a reliable mentor.

Having the privilege of getting close to him was a beautiful experience and it was humbling for me.

Our highly respected Sheikh gained a reputation for his intellectual ability, he was a man of deep faith, and he was one of Nigeria’s brightest intellects.

I send  my condolences to  the Muslim community, and the immediate and extended families of our great Islamic scholar.

I pray Allah to admit Sheikh Najeemdeen Binuyo to al-jannah Firdaus and comfort the entire Inisha community and the Muslim ummah he has left behind’ he said -Team@orientactualmags.com
