Osun Rural Devt Commissioner Visits RAAMP Office In Osogbo
Osun state Commissioner for Rural Development and Community Affairs, Alhaji Abdulganiyu Olaoluwa Asejere visited the state Rural Access and Agricultural Marketing Project office in Osogbo on Wednesday.
A statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com noted that the commissioner, who was accompanied by the Permanent Secretary ,Mr. Oyegbami R.A and other ministry officials, got a warm welcome from the RAAMP staff .
Addressing the staff and management of the agency which has Engineer Popoola Rasaq Okediya as the Project Coordinator, Asejere urged them to make sincerity of purpose, honesty ,dedication ‘their watchword’ while also emphasizing the need for them to ensure good working relationship in order to promote Mr. Governor’s vision statement which centers on good governance and will enhance and aid rural and community development.
Noting that he dislikes abandoned projects, the commissioner ,who had at different times served at the local government and state levels,added that his interest lies in bringing dividends of democracy to the people through planning and execution of rural development programmes.
