Oyetola Felicitates Oluwo Of Iwo On His 56th Birthday …Calls Him Courageous Leader
Immediate past governor of Osun state, Alhaji Adegboyega Oyetola , has felicitated the Oluwo of Iwo, Oba Abdul-Rasheed Adewale Akanbi, Telu 1, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.
The Iwo monarch, who was born on June 21, 1967, turned 56 on Wednesday.
Oyetola has commended the top traditional ruler for his immeasurable contribution to the growth and development of the state in general and those of his subjects in particular.
The former governor in a statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com described the Iwo monarch as a courageous leader, symbol of peace, unity and cohesion whose reign has brought monumental developments to the ancient town and its environs.
He particularly hailed Oba Akanbi for his avowed compassion and commitment to the welfare and general wellbeing of his subjects which had in turn endeared him more to them since his ascension to the throne.
