PDP Commended For Distributing Fertilizers To Party Members In Kwara North
Kwara state PDP has been commended for supporting party members who are smallholder farmers through the provision of fertilizers and herbicides.
Chairman of the party in Kwara North, Hon Ndako Pkada in a statement he issued in Ilorin and made available to Team@orientactualmags.com on Friday, noted that the necessary supports given to party members in the senatorial district by the state PDP will make it easy for the beneficiaries to ‘fully’ earn the reward of the growing season.
Alhaji Pkada added that the state PDP providing fertilizers to smallholder farmers in the Kwara North senatorial district has also shown that priority has been given to the welfare of party members while calling this ‘a felicitous intervention’.
He also commended the state PDP under Alhaji Tunde Mohammed’s leadership for making fertilizers available to the farmers, noting that this will go a long way in easing things for the beneficiaries.
Alhaji Pkada also specially praised Dr Abubakar Bukola Saraki’s leadership qualities while commending him for remaining an altruistic person.
‘A friend in need, is a friend indeed, the party leaders have shown kindness to us and they have continued to make it known to all through their actions that they value members of the party and will always give attention to our welfare.
This is a felicitous intervention cognizant of the food inflation, and economic hardships currently faced by Nigerians.
This is a good step in the right direction, I commend our leaders for doing this despite the fact that we are not the ruling party either at the state or the federal level.
