PDP To Kwara Residents: ‘Controversial’ Website Not From Us, Ignore It

Kwara state PDP has asked residents and citizens of the state to ignore ‘an unauthorized online portal’ that was opened in the name of the party and circulated on some social media platforms submitting that it did not emanate from the party..
The state Publicity Secretary , Mr. Olusegun Olusola Adewara, made this clarification in a statement he issued in Ilorin and made available to Team@orientactualmags.com on Monday.
.
The statement noted that the website in question which was created to request Kwarans to register as members of the PDP through an electronically guided form did not emanate from the party.
The party not only clarified that the online portal did not emanate from it but also added that ‘the state PDP officials have not authorized any electronic platform except for the official WhatsApp channel that was made public via our press release of May 27, 2024’.
“For the record, the Kwara PDP has neither authorized any website in its name, nor commenced the proposed online registration of members’ the statement added.
The statement also noted that the state PDP would adequately and officially inform the public through its relevant organs once the party is ready for such an endeavour.
‘We therefore caution all PDP members, supporters, and the general public not to patronize any online registration portal set up with unknown motives by fifth columnists’ the party said–Team@orientactualmags.com Do you have any information you wish to share with us?
