The controversial picture
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that this was sequel to the facial expressions of the late Chief Akeredolu’s wife, Mrs. Betty Akeredolu during the visit in question.

Late Chief Rotimi Akeredolu, who was until his death on Wednesday the governor of Ondo state, had been ill for some months now.
Akeredolu, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, and a one-time president of the Nigerian Bar Association, NBA, who died at 67., had embarked on medical vacation on June 7, 2023, and he did not return to the country until September.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that whilst Akeredolu, who became the Chief Executive of Ondo state on February 24, 2017, was away in Germany, the then acting governor, Mr. Lucky Aiyedatiwa,, had mounted a rearguard action to keep his head above water and avoid having himself and others being at loggerheads with those promoting ‘shadow government’.
Those who exercised power behind the scenes had according to a source made everyone subservient to the shadow government and they had subverted the entire state to its vice-like grip.
Following the governor’s return to the country in September, the house of assembly had initiated impeachment proceedings against Aiyedatiwa and this had worsened matters in respect of the strained relationship between the Deputy Governor and those promoting the ‘shadow government’ .
The ‘shadow government’ was said to have been headed by Mrs. Betty Akeredolu, and her son, Mr. Jide Akeredolu . Other members of the powerful group were the late Akeredolu’s Chief of Staff, Mr. Gbenga Ale, former Head of Service, Mr. Oluwadare Aragbaiye , who are indigenes of Owo, and the Commissioner for Finance, Mr. Wale Akinterinwa.
Mr. Lucky Aiyedatiwa, a former commissioner at the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, has now lived up to his name ‘Aiyedatiwa’, ‘the world now belongs to us’ .
Mr. Lucky Aiyedatiwa became the Deputy Governor of Ondo state on February 24 , 2021 after Governor Rotimi Akeredolu won re-election.
He had become Akeredolu’s running mate after the former Deputy Governor, Mr. Agboola Ajayi left the APC for PDP and later the Zenith Labour Party (ZLP) ahead of the gubernatorial election that was held on October 10,2020- Team@orientactualmags.com
