Police Launch Probe As N100m Medical Equipment Go Missing In Delta
The police have launched a probe into the missing laboratory machine at the Delta State Specialist Hospital which is worth N100 million.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that the State Commissioner for Health, Dr Joseph Onojaeme, made this disclosure while giving an update on the issue on Monday.
‘I know nothing about it. It happened in 2022, and l came into office in August 2023. Moreover, the police are already investigating it. How can they accuse me of what I don’t know about?’ he said.
Recall that workers at the hospital had raised the alarm over the missing Laparoscopy machine and other equipment while accusing Dr Joseph Onojaeme of delaying the investigation process.
