Police, Other Security Agencies Collaborate To Ensure Peaceful Protest In Kwara

- The Kwara state Police Command submitted in a statement that was issued in Ilorin on Wednesday night that comprehensive security measures have been taken to ensure the safety and security of all residents of the state and participants in the planned peaceful protest scheduled to hold today.
- Spokesperson for the Kwara state police command, Ejire-Adeyemi Toun, a Deputy Superintendent of Police , in a statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com noted that the security agencies will work together to ensure that the protest is held peacefully while urging all residents to remain calm and law-abiding adding that ‘your cooperation is essential in maintaining peace and security in Kwara state’.
- ‘The Nigeria Police Force alongside The Nigeria Military, The Department of State Security Service, The Nigeria Civil Defense Corps, The Nigeria Customs Service, The Nigeria Correctional Service, The Nigeria Immigration Service, and The Federal Road Safety Corps are working in close coordination to cover every nook and cranny of Kwara state, ensuring maximum security presence and rapid response capability.
- Joint patrols by the various security agencies have and will be conducted to maintain law and order and deter any potential threats while enhanced intelligence operations are in place to identify and neutralize any potential security threats.
- The Kwara State Police Command, in collaboration with all security operatives, is committed to ensuring a peaceful and secure environment for the planned protest. We encourage participants in the protest to follow the designated routes and adhere to the guidelines provided by the organizers and security agencies.
