Popular Young Islamic Cleric, Mufti Yaks, Dies In Abuja
A young Islamic cleric, Abdullateef Aliyu Maiyaki, who was popularly called Mufti Yaks , is dead.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that Mufti , who died at 20, breathed his last at the National Hospital, Abuja after a short illness.
A popular Islamic scholar, Mufti Ismail Ibn Menk announced his death in a Facebook post on Saturday.
Menk, a Zimbabwean , who is said to be the role model of the late Mufti Yaks, asked God to grant Mufti Yaks eternal rest.
‘I’m saddened by the news of the death of the young Abdul Latif Miyaki Mufti Yaks this morning.
He was a very talented young lad trying to spread goodness. May Allah Almighty forgive him, accept his good deeds and grant him the highest ranks of Paradise. Ameen’ he wrote.
Former Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Isa Pantami also confirmed Mufti’s death in separate Facebook post.
