Poultry Farming Training For Kwara Central Constituents Begins In Ilorin Today…Participants To Receive Equipment, 200 Day-Old Chicks
Senator Saliu Mustapha would be getting some among his constituents in Kwara Central ‘empowered’ by sponsoring them for an intensive poultry farming training programme which will be conducted by the Agricultural and Rural Management Training Institute (ARMTI), Ilorin.
The senator’s media aide, Mr. Nasif Sholagberu noted in a statement he issued in Ilorin and made available to Team@orientactualmags.com that the poultry farming training will begin today, Monday, June 16, 2025, while adding that it is designed to equip participants with both theoretical and practical knowledge and skills needed to succeed in poultry farming.
Senator Mustapha also disclosed that each of the participants would be provided with poultry farming equipment and 200 day-old chicks after the training.
He noted that the initiative, which aligns with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope agenda, is part of his efforts to tackle unemployment, enhance food security, and stimulate small-scale agribusinesses in the senatorial district.
