President Tinubu Names Abbas Balarabe As Elrufai’s Replacement
President Bola Tinubu made one cabinet nomination on Tuesday, and it has become crystal clear that he would not be renominating Mallam Nasir El-Rufai .
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that he has nominated Abbas Balarabe as minister, and he will be representing Kaduna state.
Recall that the immediate past governor of the state, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai , was earlier nominated as minister by the president.
Elrufai , a one -time FCT minister, was among the 48 individuals nominated as ministers by President Bola Tinubu a few weeks ago, and though confirmation hearings were held for them, the senate however refused to confirm the former Kaduna state governor and two others; Stella Okotete (Delta state) and Danladi Umar (Taraba state).
