President Trump Says Christians Facing ‘Existential Threat’ In Nigeria, Adds Giant of Africa To US Watch List
Christianity is facing a threat in Nigeria and it has become imperative to add the ‘Giant of Africa’ to the State Department’s watch list, President Donald Trump, has submitted.
The Department of State, United States of America, manages the country’s foreign affairs by implementing the president’s foreign policies, leading diplomatic efforts, and protecting U.S. citizens abroad.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that President Trump commented about the situation being faced by Christians in Nigeria in a post on Truth Social and disclosed the decision to add the country to watch list.
‘Christianity is facing an existential threat in Nigeria. Thousands of Christians are being killed. Radical Islamists are responsible for this mass slaughter’ he wrote.
Trump also noted that he will be adding Nigeria to the list of ‘Countries of Particular Concern’ which the U.S. found to have engaged in religious freedom violations.
