Rep Sanya Omirin Honoured With ‘Best Lawmaker In Southwest’ Award By NASS News
Honorable Sanya Omirin, who represents Ijesha South Federal Constituency, Osun State in the House of Representatives, has been honoured with the ‘Best Lawmaker In Southwest’ award by the Nigeria Assembly news, a newspaper that covers the activities of federal and state lawmakers in the country.
A statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com noted that Rep Emmanuel Olusanya Omirin received the award during the awards ceremony held by the Nigeria Assembly news at the National Assembly Library and Resource Centre auditorium, Abuja on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 .
It was the 9th edition of the media organization’s annual awards ceremony.
Nigeria Assembly news noted that the federal lawmaker was nominated for the award based on the recommendations of constituents in the six states in the southwest.
Nigeria Assembly news also added that the prestigious award was in recognition of Rep Omirin’s exceptional legislative and non-legislative contributions to the socio-economic advancement of his constituents.
