Reps Election: Ganduje’s Son Challenges NNPP Candidate’s Victory… Gets Go-Ahead To Serve Him By Substituted Means
Son of Governor Abdulahi Ganduje , Mr Umar Abdu Umar, who was the Rimin-Gado/ Dawakin Tofa / Tofa APC candidate in the House of Representatives election held on February 25 2023 , has taken steps to challenge the victory of the NNPP candidate, Tijjani Abdulkadir Jobe.
It will be recalled that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had declared Jobe winner of the reps election but the governor’s son through his counsel, Barrister A.T Falola had submitted petition at the Election Petition Tribunal faulting INEC’s decision to declare Jobe winner of the reps election.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned he has also through his lawyer applied for an order for substituted service which had since been granted.
The tribunal has given him the go-ahead to serve Jobe by substituted means- Team@orientactualmags.com
