Saraki Felicitates Emir Of Ilorin On His 29th Coronation Anniversary
Former Senate President, Dr Abubakar Bukola Saraki, on Monday, joined sons and daughters of Kwara State to celebrate the Emir of Ilorin, Dr Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari on his 29th coronation anniversary.
Saraki described the Emir’s reign as a blessing to the Ilorin Emirate and Kwara State at large, considering his immeasurable impact in fostering unity, promoting peace, and ensuring development across the state
.
The former Senate President in a statement issued in Ilorin and made available to Team@orientactualmags.com by his Press Officer on Local Matters, Abdulganiyu Abdulqadir, also lauded the revered monarch for his leadership as the Chairman of Kwara State Traditional Council.
This, he said, has helped to confer respect on the royal stool and promote oneness across the nooks and crannies of Kwara State.
Saraki, who is the Waziri of Ilorin, prayed that Allah will grant the Emir long life, good health, and the grace to do more exploits.
‘Today, I join the people of the Ilorin Emirate and Kwara State in congratulating His Royal Highness, Alhaji (Dr) Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, the Emir of Ilorin, on the 29th anniversary of his ascension to the throne of Mai Martaba.
His Royal Highness’s reign has been marked by a steadfast commitment to peace and progress, which has strengthened unity and fostered development across the Emirate.
