Saraki Foundation Begins Distribution Of Iftar Meals In Abuja, Kano, Kwara, 2 Other States

Former Senate President, Dr Abubakar Bukola Saraki, has emphasized the importance of togetherness, charitable donations and supplications during the month of Ramadan and beyond while urging all Nigerians across religious divides to pray for the country and seek Allah’s intervention in this holy month.
Dr Abubakar Bukola Saraki, who said this as his non- governmental organization, the Abubakar Bukola Saraki Foundation, begins the distribution of iftar meals in some states of the federation, added that well-to-do individuals must endeavor to ease things for the less privileged during this fasting period cognizant of the economic situation in the country.
‘As part of its annual tradition, the ABS Foundation is to commence the distribution of Iftar meals across selected mosques in Kwara, Niger, Borno, and Kano states and the federal capital territory, Abuja.
The ABS Foundation Ramadan Iftar programme is to run through the last 10 days of the holy month of Ramadan’ a statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com by Dr Saraki’s media aide, Mr Abdulganiy Abdulqadri quoted Hon. Musa Aliyu, the Regional Director, ABS Foundation, North Central, as saying.
‘The Foundation will accommodate over 100 people per mosque with over 50 mosques being targeted across Kwara State.
