Saraki To Kwara PDP Members: Remain Steadfast, United 

Former Senate President,  Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki, has urged members of  State Working Committee  of Kwara state PDP, headed by Hon. Tunde Muhammed to remain steadfast, work together, and believe in one another.

He has also urged them to avoid cracks at all levels and intensify regular running of the party activities as they continue to make efforts to rebuild the party in the state.

A statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com by Saraki’s Press Officer on Home Matters, Abdulganiyu Abdulqadir noted that the President of the 8th Senate gave this admonition on Saturday during the meeting he held with the party officials at his Ilorin residence.

The newly elected State Deputy Chairman, Alhaji Idris K. Mudashiru, Secretary, Comrade Abdulrahman Abdullahi Kayode, Youth Leader, Mallam Muhammed Abdulmumini, and the Publicity Secretary of the party, Mr. Olusegun Olusola Adewara (Sholyment) were also formally introduced to stakeholders in the party during the meeting  that  was attended by party elders, state and Local Government party officials, youth and women groups.

Saraki appreciated the party leaders for holding the party structure together and building the bond which is according to him necessary for unity and development.

‘It is that unity of purpose that has always stood us out from time, unlike any other political family, and we must not take this for granted.

I am confident and I have not lost any hope, in the party and the people.

Let us continue to strengthen the party structure. We must particularly motivate party members in our various wards especially the women and youth groups to step up party activities across the state to rescue Kwara from retrogression’ he said.

Hon. Tunde Muhammed ,who spoke on behalf of the PDP State executives , thanked the former Senate President for his leadership prowess and dedication to the success of the party.
