Saraki Visits Imam Gambari, Pays Condolence Visit To Late Journalist’s Family In Ilorin

Former Senate President, Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki on Sunday visited the Imam Gambari of Ilorin, Sheikh Imam Sulyman Abdulazeez at his residence in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital.

‘He was there to exchange greetings and hold meaningful discussions with the revered Imam and Islamic scholar’ Saraki’s Press Officer on Local Matters, Mr Abdulganiyu Abdulqadir submitted in a statement he issued in Ilorin and made available to Team@orietactualmags.com on Sunday.

Dr Saraki, the statement added, commended the cleric for his unwavering spiritual leadership and his contribution to the stability, moral growth, and unity of the Ilorin Emirate and the state as a whole.

In continuation of his engagements, Dr. Saraki also visited the family of late Mrs. Aisha Bukky Adams to offer his condolences. He described the deceased woman as a committed and dedicated journalist who performed her duties with diligence and passion, serving both the Saraki family and Kwara State with honour and sincerity.

The former Senate President prayed for Allah’s mercy upon her soul and for strength and comfort for the Adams family during this difficult period.
