Senator Sadiq Umar Visits Kaiama LG Banditry Victims In Hospital, Wishes Them Speedy Recovery
Senator Sadiq Suleiman Umar, who represents Kwara North in the senate, has visited victims of banditry in Woro Community, Kaiama LGA at the Kwara State University Teaching Hospital, Ilorin.
A statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com by the senator’s media office on Thursday noted that he sympathized with the victims who sustained gunshot wounds and other injuries while describing the incident as heartbreaking.
Senator Sadiq Umar, who prayed for their speedy recovery and reassured them of his continued support, also commended Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq for his swift action and for also directing the State Emergency Management Agency to provide humanitarian aid without delay.

He equally commended the president and Commander in Chief of the armed forces, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the deployment of security forces through ‘Operation Savannah Shield’ to restore peace in the state and go after the non-state actors.
The federal lawmaker also urged sustained efforts from security personnel to secure Kwara North which has continued to be affected by insecurity and called on constituents to remain united, hopeful, and prayerful.
