Skit Maker Who Was Arraigned For Sexualizing Minor, Victim’s Parents To Celebrate Eid-li-Adha Behind Bars
A skit maker, Abdullahi Maruff Adisa, popularly called ‘Trinityguy’, would be celebrating the upcoming eid-li-adha festival behind bars.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that a Magistrate Court in Iyaganku, Ibadan, Oyo state capital, has ordered that Adisa should be remanded in a correctional facility.
He has been accused of sexualizing a minor in his viral skit video. Adisa and the victim’s parents will stay in Agodi Correctional Centre until next month.
Recall that Force PRO, Mr. Olumuyiwa Adejobi, a Chief Superintendent of Police, had after the video in question had gone viral, called for Adisa’s arrest.
Oyo state Police Command had also last week Friday disclosed that Adisa and the victim’s parents were undergoing custodial interrogation and would be taken to court today (Monday).
Counsel for Adisa, Olúdáre Adebayo, had though urged the court to grant his client bail, Magistrate P.O Adetuyibi however refused to grant his application noting that allegations against the Skit maker ‘are currently being looked into by the state Ministry of Justice’.
Magistrate P.O Adetuyibi later adjourned the case until July 11- Team@orientactualmags.com
