Former Deputy Governor of Ogun state, Chief Gbenga Kaka, a lecturer at the Department of Accounting , Lagos state University, Ojo, Professor Kehinde James, Cesar Augusto Chambe Remirez, and Dr Esra Sipahi Dongul , a lecturer at Aksaray University, Turkey , will give keynote speeches at the annual conference scheduled to hold at the Chinua Achebe Auditorium, Christopher University, Mowe, Ogun state between 21st November and 24th November, 2023.
About 50 academics and industry experts are also expected to present their research outputs during the conference.
The international conference on Social and Management Science has been jointly organized by the Christopher University, the Social and Management Scientists Forum and the MSME Business Solutions annually since 2021 .
A statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com on Thursday noted that the numerous social and management sciences challenges bedeviling Africa had propelled the Christopher University , the Social and Management Scientists Forum and the MSME Business Solutions to collaborate and come up with the idea of organizing an international conference in 2021 and 2022, with the major aim of addressing African’s socioeconomic challenges through research efforts.
This year’s conference has as its theme ‘Governance, Leadership and the Management of a Fragile State’ while it will focus on how effective and efficient leadership, governance and management can be employed in addressing the plethora of challenges confronting most African countries and the developing nations in other continents.
The statement quoted the Chairman of the Conference Planning Committee, Dr Benneth Eze as noting that Researchers will present their research outputs in the following sub-themes:
