Son Of Couple Killed In Abeokuta Arson Attack Found Dead In Ogun River

Son of the couple that died in the arson attack recorded in Abeokuta, Ogun state on Sunday, Oreoluwa, has been found dead in a river in the state capital.
Arson had been suspected in the early morning house fire that had claimed the lives of Kehinde and Bukola Fatinoye in Abeokuta on Sunday.

Bukola , a staff of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) and Kehinde, a CBN official, had returned home after attending the Cross over Service oblivious of the sword of Damocles hanging over their head..
Oreoluwa and the family’s domestic staff were taken away by the suspected arsonists and their whereabouts had remained unknown until the corpse of the young boy was recovered from the river.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned fishermen found his decomposing body floating on Tuesday morning.
Apparently those who carried out the attack had an axe to grind with the family as Oreoluwa was found with both hands tied behind back.
‘On Monday, we heard that someone was thrown into this river, but this morning while we were preparing for work, the police approached us and pleaded with us to inform them any time we discover the body.
But, this morning, at about 7.30am, we discovered the body while we were checking on our equipment in the river. I called someone to help us get the number of the PPRO to tell him that we have discovered the body.
Not long after, the police came and we showed them the body after we had brought it to the river bank.
The police later took the corpse away’ a fisherman, Idowu Taiwo, said- Team@orientactualmags.com
