Southwest Governors, Dangote, Otedola, Other Prominent Nigerians To Attend Oba Adesuyi Haastrup’s Coronation In Ilesa May 23

Owa Obokun Adimula and Paramount Ruler of Ijesaland, His Imperial Majesty, Owa Clement Adesuyi Haastrup, Ajimoko III, will have his official coronation ceremony on Friday, May 23, 2025, and prominent Nigerians including serving and former governors are expected to attend the event.

‘Apart from the governors, a number of ministers have also signified their intention to attend the event that promises to be a global spectacle.

The business world, which Owa Clement Adesuyi Haastrup traverses like a colossus, is also gearing up to put up a solid presence at the event.

Among the business czars who have confirmed their attendance are Chairman of the Dangote Group, and Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote; and Mr. Femi Otedola, a billionaire businessman who made his first fortune in commodities before selling his shares in Forte Oil to invest in the energy sector of the economy’ the statement added.
