Speaker Yakubu Danladi, Emir Of Ilorin, Mahe AbdulKadir, Others Attend Eid Prayer In Ilorin
Speaker of Kwara state House of Assembly, Hon Yakubu Salihu Danladi led other dignitaries, who are Muslims, to the new Yidi Road , Ilorin, the Kwara state capital, for the 1445 AH eid-li-fitri prayer on Wednesday.
Kwarans attended the eid-li-fitri prayer held at the Eid praying ground in large numbers and it was peaceful and hitch-free.
Other dignitaries at the eid praying ground include the Emir of Ilorin, His Eminence, Alhaji Ibrahim Zulu-Gambari . Rep Muktar Shagaya, Chief of Staff, Government House, Prince Mahe AbdulKadir , Majority Leader , Kwara state House of Assembly, Hon Oba Abdulkadir Magaji and Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq’s Counselor, Alhaji Salahudeen Saad.
The Chief Imam of Ilorin, Imam Bashir led the congregation in observing the eid-li-fitri prayer which consists of two rakats..
Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq is currently in Saudi Aradia where he has joined other Muslims across the world to perform Umrah and Speaker Danladi stood in for him.
