
Prof. Sunday Enessi Ododo, who is the General Manager and Chief Executive Officer of the National Theatre, Iganmu, Surulere, Lagos, has donated fifteen titles of his books to the Library of the CrownHill University, Ilorin, Kwara state.
A statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com on Tuesday noted that Professor Ododo made the donation during his visit to the new Vice – Chancellor of the university , Professor Jeleel Olasunkami Ojuade at the Council Chamber of the institution.
Professor Sunday Ododo, who congratulated Ojuade on his appointment, noted that this was merit-based cognizant of his antecedents. .
He prayed for the VC’s success on the job and also promised to provide genuine counsel and mobilize the critical and necessary supports needed for an outstanding performance.
Prof. Sunday Ododo, who is the new Vice – Chancellor’s mentor, went down memory lane and recalled how he was instrumental in the appointment of then young Jeleel as an Assistant Lecturer as Head of Department, Performing Arts, University of Ilorin, in 2001.

He noted that every good teacher and mentor will be happy seeing their students and mentees succeed and surpass them.
Ododo urged the University’s Principal officers and all the stakeholders to cooperate with and support Prof. Ojuade so that his transformation agenda can materialize.
Responding, Prof. Jeleel Olasunkami Ojuade thanked Prof Ododo for visiting the university to congratulate him on his appointment. While appreciating Prof. Sunday Ododo for his kind gesture, he has also promised to keep the flag flying and keep with the spirit of ‘better by far’ that the University of Ilorin is known for.
