Nottingham Forest striker, who is also a member of the national football team, Taiwo Awoniyi, has expressed hope that the Super Eagles will win the 2023 African Cup of Nations which is underway in Cote D’Ivoire.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that Awoniyi, who spoke with reporters from his base in England on Saturday, submitted that with a sense of unity of purpose on the pitch, the Super Eagles will win the 2023 African Cup of Nations.
The Super Eagles, he noted, possessed the needed qualities to win the 2023 AFCON.
‘If we play as a unit, I don’t see any nation at this AFCON that can stop us.
With God on our side and the quality of players in this present Super Eagles, we will do it again’ he said.
