Theo Walcott , 34 , who had begun his football career at the age of 10, has announced his decision to retire from professional football.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that the winger made more than 560 club appearances for Southampton, with whom he started and ended his football career, Arsenal, and Everton, scoring 129 goals.
His inclusion in the football team for the 2006 World Cup by the then England manager, Sven-Goran Eriksson without having played international football, had created a controversy.
In all, Walcott – whose football career was blighted by injuries — scored eight goals in 47 appearances for England.
