A throwback picture of late May Ellen Ezekiel Mofe-Damijo ,Chief Dele Momodu and Ben Charles Obi has surfaced online.
The picture was taken on December 19, 1992, during the wedding of Chief Dele Momodu and his wife, Mrs. Mobolaji Abiodun Momodu in Ogun state.
May Ellen Ezekiel popularly called ‘Mee’ was the Publisher of Classique magazine, which was then a popular tabloid magazine in the country.
The late popular journalist ,who was a reporter with the rested Concord Newspaper, had also produced and hosted a television talk show called ‘Mee and You’ on NTA 2 channel 5, Lagos.
Late Rashidi Yekini had appeared on the talk show after helping Nigeria to win the 1994 Africa Cup of Nations in Tunisia where he also topped the goal charts and was named as best player of the competition.
May, who was born in Ghana in 1956, died in 1996 at the age of 39.
The late journalist was Mr. Richard Mofe-Damijo’s first wife.
