Throwback Picture Of Tinubu And Osinbajo Becomes A Meme
A throwback picture of Vice President Yemi Osinbajo and the President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, has become a meme.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that the picture in question has also made social media users in Nigeria to ‘resurrect’ quotes like ‘emi lokan’ and ‘e gbe kiniyi wa’ .
Tinubu was the governor of Lagos state between 1999 and 2007 and Osinbajo served as Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice under him.
It will be recalled that the APC presidential primary election held in Abuja on June 8 2022 had Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and Vice President Yemi Osinbajo among the contestants.
While Tinubu , who got party nomination and eventually won the presidential election held on February 25 , 2023 , got 1,271 votes, Osinbajo had 235 votes.
