APC presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu told a crowd of APC members and  supporters in Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi State, on Saturday that he would ensure that  Nigeria  becomes Africa’s agricultural hub, if elected as president on  February 25 .

‘We will replace the violence and weapons in parts of the country with agricultural machinery and further turn around the fortunes of this state and Nigeria.

We will work with Kebbi State and effectively manage the economy of the country.

I have a lot of friends here and I cherish this bond. It has been long and we should stay united.

We are doing our best for this country and Governor Atiku Bagudu is doing his best for this state. Atiku is a good man’  he said.

Tinubu further noted that Kebbi  state has become one of the largest rice producers in Africa while promising to  revive the economic cooperation between Lagos and Kebbi States and initiate moves to rejuvenate the economies of the two states and the nation at large.

‘We are here not to campaign but to tell you our hearts. We will bring more development to Nigeria and Kebbi State.

Get hold of your PVCs and go out en masse on the election days and vote for APC candidates from top to bottom.

Show them who controls Kebbi. Show them that you are courageous and great’ he said.

Kebbi is wholly APC and we are proud with the glaring achievements of Bagudu of which I will consolidate upon.

President Muhammadu Buhari is also doing a marvelous job for Nigeria’  Idris said.

In his remarks, Abubakar Malami, SAN, the Minister of Justice expressed optimism that Tinubu would succeed Buhari to sustain the myriad of achievements of the APC-led administration in the last eight years.
