Toyin:  Kwara PDP Offers Condolences ,  Advises APC  On  Things To  Avoid When Organizing Events 

Kwara state PDP on Friday offered condolences to the  state APC over the death of a member of the party , Hajia Toyin.

The State Publicity Secretary, Hon Tunji Morounfoye in a statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com  on Friday noted that   the sad incident was  recorded   during the presidential campaign kickoff held by APC women bigwigs at the Metropolitan Square ,  Ilorin on Thursday.

‘The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) wishes to send our sincere condolences to the APC  over the death of the younger sister  of the Kwara state All Progressives Congress (APC) Woman Leader, Alhaja Tawa Agaka,  Hajia Toyin  in a very sad vehicle -related accident during  the Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu/ Kashim Shettima presidential campaign flag-off  at the metropolitan square, Ilorin  yesterday, 17th November 2022.

The APC women’s presidential campaign flag-off  attracted  APC women bigwigs  led by Nigeria’s first lady, Mrs. Aisha Buhari. She was supported by the Kwara state Governor, Mal. Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, his wife, Amb. Olufolake, wives of Ashiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and former Governor Shettima, Sen. Oluremi and Nana respectively. Also present were other first ladies from APC -controlled states, Kwara state deputy governor, Mr. Kayode Alabi and top party officials from Abuja and across the country.

We at the PDP also sympathize with the other APC members who were injured in the unfortunate incident, we wish them a speedy recovery and we pray that the soul of the dear departed be found worthy of Aljannah Firdaus. Amen’ the party said.

Kwara state PDP however  advised the APC  on things to avoid when organizing such an event in the future while also  mocking the current administration  in the state for  having such an event held at the Metropolitan Square which was built by the Dr Bukola Saraki administration.

‘We wonder why the organizers of such an event did not plan the entrance and exit of vehicles and people more carefully at a ceremony that boasted of the top APC dignitaries listed above, to forestall such an  unfortunate and tragic incident. The apparent lack of planning and coordination that is the hallmark of the APC has once again,  come to fore .

In conclusion, we put it to the Kwara APC regime that, their lies and Putrid Propaganda of pre -2019 general election, has ‘come home to roost’ .

We  have  now had the Kwara APC hosting an event at the metropolitan square, which was built by the PDP administration headed by Dr. Abubakar ‘Bukola Saraki (CON), that the shameless Kwara APC regime had consistently accused of doing ‘nothing for sixteen years’ the statement added.
