Tricycle , Motorcycle Riders Not Allowed To Operate  From 9pm To 6am In Kwara-CP Ebunoluwarotimi Adelesi

Commercial motorcycle riders  are not allowed to operate in Kwara state from 9pm to 6am , the state police chief, Ebunoluwarotimi Adelesi, a Commissioner of Police, has said.

Spokesman for the police in the state, Mr. Ajayi Okasanmi, a Superintendent of Police, noted in a statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com that the CP restated the need to comply with the ban on night-time operations during the meeting held with leaders of okada riders union, and the tricycle riders union in Ilorin, the state capital, during the weekend. 

‘The Commissioner of Police, Kwara state Police Command, CP Ebunoluwarotimi Adelesi, psc+, FISN, wishes to remind motorcycle and tricycle operators in the state of the ban on their operations between the hours of 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. throughout the state.

Speaking during the meeting held with the leaders of their associations at the police headquarters in Ilorin yesterday, the CP reminded the unions of the extant law promulgated by the state government banning their operations during the aforementioned period of time. She also restated her commitment to enforcing the laws to the letter.

She advised the union leaders to warn their members of the Command’s readiness to start to enforce the laws and prosecute any member caught violating them.

The Commissioner of Police, Kwara state, warns criminal elements in the state to change their evil ways or risk grave consequences.

She advised law-abiding citizens to go about their lawful businesses without any fear of intimidation, either from criminals or the law enforcement agents.

She stated that no stone would be left unturned to ensure that crimes and criminality become a thing of the past in Kwara state, as it’s not going to be business as usual for lawbreakers in the state’ the statement added- Team@orientactualmags.com
