Users Now Allowed To Log Into Whatsapp Account On 5 Different Phones

Whatsapp users can now log into  their account on  five different phones,  CEO of Meta,  Mark Zuckerberg,  has disclosed.

The chat platform has announced that users can now get their WhatsApp account on up to four additional phones meaning  five in total. 

This new feature will ease things for those who have a phone for work and a phone for personal use but still want all their chats under a single WhatsApp account.

Some have however expressed fear that couples will try to log into their partner’s account. 

In reply, a Whatsapp user  had said  ‘that’s gonna be a problem for jealous couples’, while another said ‘I  will try to log on my boyfriends account, will he know?’

In response to such concerns, WhatsApp said users can check any other devices connected to their account and log them out remotely from their phone. 

WhatsApp has  also said each linked device will connect to WhatsApp independently, ensuring personal messages, media and calls are all synced.

‘Starting today, you can log into the same WhatsApp account on up to four phones’ Mark Zuckerberg submitted in a Facebook post on Tuesday.

 It was no doubt exciting news for all WhatsApp users.

 Before the introduction of the new features, WhatsApp users  were only  allowed to use one WhatsApp account on one phone.
