Wali Adamu Dies 2 Months After Taking Over As Acting Chairman Of Shira Local Govt

Acting Chairman of Shira Local Government, Bauchi State, Mr. Wali Adamu, is dead.

Team@orientactualmags.com learned that Governor Bala Mohammed’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mr Mukhtar Gidado, announced Wali’s death in a statement he issued on Sunday.
Adamu died at the Federal Medical Centre, Azare on Sunday after a short illness.
‘Governor Bala Mohammed, on behalf of the government and the entire people of Bauchi State, extends his deepest condolences to the immediate family of late Wali Adamu, Katagum Emirate Council, and the people of Bauchi State over this great loss.
His Excellency describes the late Acting Chairman as a committed public servant whose contribution to the development of Shira Local Government and the state at large will be fondly remembered’ the statement said.
The governor also urged well-wishers and sympathizers to keep the family in their prayers during this difficult period while asking Almighty Allah to grant Wali Jannatul Firdaus and give his family the fortitude to bear the great loss.
