Walking Away From Marriage Not ‘Regrettable Action’, Why Single Mothers Should Keep Family Matters ‘Private’-Tonto Dikeh

Tonto Dikeh, a popular Nollywood actress, has advised single mothers in the country to ensure that they keep family matters ‘private’.

Responding to the request for advice by a single mother seeking to know how to raise a child successfully after ending her marriage, Tonto disclosed that she was the one who took a decision to walk away from her marriage so as to protect herself and her child noting that it was never a regrettable action.

Team@orientactualmags.com learned that the actress said this in an Instagram post while responding to the message from the single mother in question, who called herself ‘a nobody aiming to be somebody soon’.

‘Good morning. First and foremost, I was the one who chose to walk away from my marriage, not the other way around. I needed to escape a difficult situation, not just for my sake, but for my child as well. Best decision I ever made.

Remember, you have the power to become the person you aspire to be, as long as you commit to your growth and invest in yourself. Prioritise the well-being of your children while seeking guidance and strength from God. Sometimes the end of the road is the beginning of your blessings, but please, if your marriage is worth it, fight for your home. Take care.
