Why I Took My Car Keys To La Pietà–Actress Ruby Ojiakor

Ruby Ojiakor, a popular actress,  has responded to accusations of  engaging in idolatry submitting that she had actually done what she did because she was convinced that it is the right thing.

 Recall that social media users in the country had heavily criticized the actress and accused her of engaging in idolatry after she posted a video in which she presented car keys to La Pietà.

Team@orientactualmags.com learned that the actress had just bought the car in question.

Ojiakor has submitted  that her belief and faith are personal, clarifying that she has not engaged in idolatry as alleged.

The Madonna  Della Pieta informally known as La Pietà, is a marble sculpture of Jesus and Mary at Mount Golgotha representing the ‘Sixth Sorrow’.

‘Whatever one believes works for him or her, and it is the heart that God is looking at. If my belief and faith is in the place I went to, it will definitely work for me. I don’t care what people are saying about idol worshipping; that is not what it is. Those are statues of Mother Mary and Jesus.

I have always been a Jesus girl even before I started acting so, I am not faking anything. Whatever people say doesn’t affect me in any way, because I am human just like them. The only difference is that we are entertaining them, so they look at us in some sort of way. I am not hiding my religion’ she said.

She has also lamented being a victim of cyberbullying.

‘There is nothing you can do that people would not talk, but some fans don’t care about our feelings. There is no way you will be insulting someone for a long time and expect them to do nothing. Do you want to kill the person? I have experienced cyberbullying, and I am still passing through it, especially with this recent post. People have said so many things about me, but I do not care. Most times, I delete those messages and I block such people but sometimes, I get tired of blocking.
