Wizkid Wasn’t On Speaking Terms With Me For 12 Years-Davido
Popular hip hop act, David Adeleke aka Davido has disclosed that Ayodeji Balogun popularly called Wizkid called to condole with him when his son, Ifeanyi died and had since then have phone conversations with him regularly.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned Davido, who disclosed this while appearing on Hot 97FM’s Morning Show , noted that himself and Wizkid had not been on speaking terms adding that this had been the situation for 12 years.
‘With Wiz, over the years we had a rift, for 12 years we had a rift up until recently he chatted up and I am seeing the positivity. I am seeing the changes in the industry a little bit because everybody is calming down, especially with my situation; the tragic situation that happened, he called me every week since it happened’ he added.
It will be recalled that Davido and his fiancée, Chioma Rowland, lost their only son, Ifeanyi in November 2022, shortly after celebrating his third birthday anniversary- Team@orientactualmags.com
